Of course I do. FFS, he's just started and he has PL experience. All he needs is backing and a fair wind

On the contrary, I prefer to study incomings and outgoings over the summer, see how first few games of season go, try to assess our progress and then comment either way. Dont believe in firing out predictions based just on the hatred of one individual <ok>

Not a technicality at all. In the context of eires statement Evans did not see out his contract he was dismissed.
That's why papers will be served for constructive dismissal. Before you say they won't just hold fire, it's happening.

Standard practice in most areas of employment.Pay him till end of month. Alas for Glory, still clutching at his little bunch of straws. Even some of the ttgm crowd have gotten fed up and are trying to claim their posters forced Cellino to employ a top manager and gfh out. Did you ever hear the likes of it <laugh><laugh><laugh>

    Can't yet....
But inside the statutory 180 days from his dismissal the LMA are going to get the papers served on Evans behalf......
You heard it first here. Will happily take pelters if it doesn't happen.

Huh? I only pointed out that you were incorrect about Evans dismissal.

Standard practice at the end of a fixed term contract is both sides say goodbye. You don't get paid notice because there isn't any notice. Stop making it up.

It's happening. How can I prove it before papers are served.
What I do know is no compromise agreement was signed so it's going to an ETA.

He was due 1 months wages, which was basically holiday pay, nothing to discuss.Cellino may make him wait the month out to pay him but he will.

Holiday pay is annualised and paid equally over the twelve months. It is not paid at the end of a fixed term contract otherwise Evans would have had his salary for June AND this " holiday" pay.
Stop making it up.... Time for you to change the subject Chesh, you know **** all about employment law and practices.

Holiday pay is due when you have your holidays,as he cant take them during the season, its at the end of the season.<doh> now.As nearly all places pay week or month in hand, and Leeds pay monthly its due at the end of june.
