Jordan Hendersons Agent

Hi all, first ever thread so go easy

Just noticed in the Mail that Jordan Henderson has switched agent to the same one as Darren Bent. Someone called Neil Fewings at the Wasserman Media Group

Hope this does not lead to him becoming unsettled as his agent looks for a move to earn some money

 

Agents should be banned! if not they should be deported!

 

if we get the same sort of money as we got for barren dent i wont be to gutted

Really is does not matter who a players agent is if the player wants to leave then i say let him go no point keeping any player that is not 100% comitted.

 

I thought Big Chris was his agent ??

Really glad to herar he is commited to us, i know most of his corners are ****e but he really is a very good player in my opinion.

 

I don't think that Jordan's commitment to Sunderland is in question. Unlike DB (can't bring myself to print his name!) Jordan is a born and bred Wearside lad with total loyalty to the club. If he was to move on, it would be the club that lets him go. Brucey has said on many occasions that every player has his price, so if the offer was good enough for the club, he will be sold I'm afraid.

I think Jordan is still to fully develop and we haven't seen the best of him yet. He has the potential to become one of the best English midfielders in the country, but that is still 2 or 3 years away. He will be at the next world cup as an England regular by then. Let's all enjoy watching him progress to the highest level, because for me, the guy has a fantastic future ahead of him, if he keeps improving the way he has in the last 2 seasons.

 

I find this quite worrying. Why on earth change your agent unless you are after something out of it? Particularly to an agent who has just been instrumental in SAFC being stabbed in the back.

 

I really don't think Jordan will allow anyone to stab HIS club in the back. Jordan Henderson would not like to be on the end of a suppoters backlash that was so evident in the DB transfer. Like I have said, if he goes, it will be because the club want to sell him, not because of his agent working in the background. I think the agent has been employed to get Jordan a better contract at the club, so I wouldn't worry too much guys!

I don't think he had an agent before, just his dad. I think it makes sense from his point of view to have an agent to deal with commercial deals/contract negotiations etc. Not too worried he will leave in the short-term.

Very true, we can never know exactly what is going on behind the scenes. All we can do is make educated guesses and voice our opinions on what we think will happen. That's what makes being a member of a forum such as this so interesting

 

And gives us something to do on a Saturday when they're not playing!

I know that it's rarely right when it comes to rumours, but surely it can't have got a basic fact like that wrong, can it? I always thought it was his Dad, too. Does anyone here know the facts?

I thought CSS Stellar Management was Benty's agent? Also agent for Catts and Titus.

Unless they were bought by Wasserman?

Or has the Daily Fail got it wrong again?
