Bit surreal though when it hit the back of the net and there was a second of silence before the noise from the Hull fans (the only noise they made all day) reached our end and was instantly followed by Wednesday fans stepping up the volume. I never heard a bleep form them for about 10 minutes afterward...
You are forgetting the fact they are actually the best fans in the country. You should be grateful they allowed us to beat them as all anyone will ever remember from the day is the sea of inflatables and the cauldron of noise.
I don't mind Wednesday but can't stand the Blunts, but I checked out the Blunts site, one of them has avatar of Diome and another proposing a statute of him be erected at Bramall lane And do you recall them saying a couple of years ago about Harry going to us ie wrong move Harry w e will be playing you next season etc It's healthy to have a grudge, mine since May 15th 1984
Best fans in the world. FACT. Them losing at Wembley is the final piece of the jigsaw according to Owlstalk. They willl now rise again, plus they got something much better than the £170 million pounds on offer to the winner. They got togetherness. Plus **** loads of inflatable bananas.
Was it an Allam Marine generator? If "No" then they deserved to lose. If "Yes" then they deserved to get beaten.
20 odd thousand replica shirts @ £100... £2 million .....5 thousand inflatables @ £10 ... 500k... and their share of the gate receipts and TV from the final and semi..
The beauty of all those Wednesday fans is that they definitely didn't ****ing turn up to the league meeting at Hillsborough, there were about 20k there at best.
