Dave - you lucky man! I had four tickets for the match but had to give them away as my boys could not make it. It should be a great match as Poland have broken the "fear factor" of the German team, plus, they have excellent knowledge of the Bundesliga. Poland as underdogs will try to go for the jugular and I am sure that the German team is not looking forward to facing Robert Lewandowski and his pals in red & white. The atmosphere for the match will be terrific and I am sure that you will enjoy it. Have you decided on who you will be supporting?
It would be great but unlikely, and I am controlling my expectations. But I really believe that this tournament is for the taking by any inform team.
Very good question really...I'll probably go with Poland, but really I just want to enjoy the atmosphere and see a good game. If I turn up and seated next to a particular set of fans I'll easily be swayed.
Dave - the atmosphere will be electric with a local derby atmosphere. I think that you will really enjoy it. It is a good idea to support the team of the local neighbours in your row, although do not expect any animosity at all. Anyway, enjoy the match you lucky man!
I will also be a neutral at a game over there. Going to see Austria V Hungary in Bordeaux 14th June. Driving 600km's from Paris that day so will be gasping for a beer by the time I arrive that afternoon. If Ireland beat Sweden the previous night, I might be travelling with a bit of a hangover. Hoping to get there in time and to enjoy a local derby.
