Arrested under the section 5, Public order offences. This relates to the display of threatening and abusive sign or writing, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No arrests or charges as this country allows freedom of speech.
Both cowards, one doing it to be a funny man, the others doing it because 'Allan wants us to'. The British Police have a hard job to do, being dictated to by the EU, back in the day, them ninjas would have got a truncheon round their heads and left in a mess on the floor. I certainly don't blame the police for having to deal with the above two cases you've mentioned, in totally different ways.
Trying to arrest protesters could lead to clashing and injuries to police or innocent bystanders. Difficult one to deal with. Arresting some gobshite for being a **** isn't going to cause anyone any problems. Easy to deal with.
Some people would, literally, get away with murder, and some, although still arseholes, are easy targets . . . . we'll deal with the easy one I'm awaiting the revelation about which team he supports
No . . . . bad publicity will be a consequence for whichever team it is, because of one irresponsible arsehole (although there will probably be more than one of these shirts being worn)
It seems you are now just in acceptance that dealing with the extremists should be dealt differently to how the rest of the public is treated? I see no argument whatsoever for two people committing the same crime, with one person allowed carte blance, and one person arrested.
I've not accepted anything of the sort, I'm just not prepared to lay the blame at the feet of the police and before you say it, I know that's not what you're trying to say. This is the way the EU have twisted this country up so it can't handle **** like this properly anymore.
Police and authority have a very difficult job But in my experience in my life time and this is my opinion They always pick on the easy targets and get praised for there efforts
Stay with me on this one, Tel. I've already admitted I don't know a great deal around the EU and how it's changed our way of life as a nation. So if I come across as ignorant or even cheeky, I'm not, I'm uneducated on the matter. How does the EU effect our police treating that scum bag with the t-shirt, and muslims demonstrating, differently?
I just wish that some shady authority could just identify them individually, then later swiftly put a bag over their heads, dump them into the back of a car and make them disappear! That's what would happen in 90% of countries in other parts of the world.
I'd be inclined to agree with that. If that guy had 10 of his mates wearing the same t-shirt, do you think the police would have acted differently? I don't.
I'm not blaming Muslims for this, or the dickhead wearing that t-shirt. I'm blaming the Police, they are the ones choosing to act and treat people differently which in itself will always cause division amongst the general population.
The obvious reason (although it can't be that obvious) is that if it turns into an all out brawl between police and stink-ninjas then it would be very difficult for the police to disprove that it was not racially motivated, because lawyers are very good at finding past cases of people who have been let off the hook for offensive gestures/signs. The levels of 'human rights' that the EU have imposed on this nation is way beyond what police can deal with using just common sense. So rather than risk suspension they're probably advised to allow for some levels of this, like you've shown there, but they're generally controlled, in demonstrations rather than Willy nilly walking the streets individually. There's probably a lot of cases of Muslims being lifted for offensive material when it's not in a controlled space, I've seen it on the tele actually, random stop and searches... They pull the race card as soon as the police open their mouths. The two cases you show are equally bad mate, no doubt about that.
What has the EU got to do with it. The laws are there for these people to be dealt with and I'm sure they would be in many EU countries..
