Had a banana and avocado smoothie for breakfast.

Half an avocado, two small bananas, one scoop of oats (soaked overnight) and blended in unsweetened almond milk. Bloody lovely, same again tomorrow.

    Mackerel salad for dinner.

    No, me either.

If I use the porridge oats in a smoothie I always soak them overnight. First time I've tried avocado in one. I think tea spoon of peanut butter in tomorrows will finish it off nicely.

No, it was all Tesco stuff. Was nice.

For tea I am about to have crab and chilli ravioli with arrabiata sauce and parmesan.

Got a couple of cold beers to wash it down.

Just played squash so deserve it. ****ing won too.

I've bought the peppered smoked mackerel from morrisons a few times and it's fcking delicious tbh.

You're far too cultured with some of your recipes Chief. Fcking crab and chilli ravioli ffs! Sounds delicious tbf but I feel like a heathen reading that.

    Shop bought mate, Tesco finest!

It was two for £4, last night was a chicken and chorizo grissoli and the other half of the arrabiata.

I work away so spend a couple of nights a week away from home. This is me trying to eat well and not just go to the pub or have a takeaway.

Got to say though, the Tesco finest fresh pasta and the sauces are right tasty. As was the peppered mackerel.

Couple of Jail Ale to wash it down.

    I think I might have a steak.

And perhaps a bottle of Bordeaux.

    Meatballs on fusilli for me.

Bit of garlic bread. Not sure whether to have a beer or a wine with it. Or neither.
