Good Morning Everyone, Could there be light at the end of the tunnel? Are we about to wake up from this nightmare? Could we be about to turn a corner? As we heard yesterday, Garry Monk is the latest in a long line of Managers to be strongly linked to the hot seat at Elland Road. Odds on the ex Swansea Manager becoming the 8th Manager of Cellino's two year tenure were slashed to 1/6 last night. Is this a positive thing for Leeds Utd? Will it make a difference? Can a Leopard change its spots, or is the writing on the wall ? Congratulations to Stuiart Dallas who is about to marry his fiance on Friday (don't do it pal!!!) please log in to view this image
Morning all.. Those odds on Monk suggest he already has his name on the office door, what do the bookies know that we don't. Still can't see it myself, I'm expecting Monk to say on your bike, we shall see... http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/06/01/jan-aage-fjortoft-mocks-leeds-united/ The important line in this story "how others (in the game) see Cellino and his running of Leeds United"
Morning Elland and all, Gary Monk would be a good appointment, but it needs to be finalized soon so he can get rid of the dross and start working with the true committed players.
Shez was 1/8 and no contact had been made... bookies are just trying to create a market and some interest.....
If Cellino is offering enough cash to get promotion then Monk or someone of his ilk will come. If Cellino is offering same/same as usual then everyone will tellhim to fook off as Karl did etc. So on paper it looks to me business as usual why would he get turned down by coaches who have no CV
Monk would be a very positive appointment, but we all that counts for nothing unless money is available to spend. And for us to have any sort of crack at the top 6 it needs to about £10m worth.

Monk has not even been approached according to his agent. Perhaps Cellino is going. Via anothe unauthorised agent?
In an email sent to Cellino that was also seen and published by the Yorkshire Evening Post, Crosswater Holdings chairman David Hance wrote: "It is with great regret that I am severing my commercial association with Leeds United. "After 10 years supporting the club as a true fan, and longest-serving sponsor, I have had enough of how you run our famous club. "For my brand to be associated with Leeds United is now an embarrassment to both me and my customers. Suppose some will still say Cellino is good for us...
