Most regulars will already know I'm not a TP fan but after reading tonight's Sentinel I think he already has us beat next week and the excuse already cast in stone. Squads too thin and has fatigue Wtf??? these players are on 30k + a week wages and can't put in a shift?? He then goes on to say that most of them will feature at Wednesday tomorrow, so if they have fatigue then why play them?? does not make any sense. I never in a million years could see the likes of Ferguson, Allardyce, Dalglish or any other top manager saying pre match that it looks like we are going to go out but hey ho at least we gave it a go. Surely as I've said before this kind of negativity must rub off on to the players. I know it could just be kiddums or gamesmanship but I genuinely belive TP is a bottle merchant and also I'm more recently starting to believe that he is also a bit of a coward. Grow a pair of balls Pulis and man up to the task you have in hand and get them lads fired up and going for glory next week. He constantly sells the Stoke faithful short week in and week out. All those fans going to Split next week deserve to see Stoke go for it, but I fear Pulis already has us lined up to fail. They were there for the taking last night and he let us sit too deep once more, no game changer and no impact player. I fear this season ahead we are going to be fighting for survival unless more qulaity players are bought in and fast.
Agreed also. Why is the squad too thin? Because Pulis hasn't signed anyone. Tired at the start of the season? They should be raring to go. At last night's game it looked as if we were the away team especially in second half.

i just think that that at times we portray ourselves as the down trodden stoke ! we are now an established prem team and rightly as the club sits in a great financial position unlike the rest we can perhaps play ball a little harder than the bottom half of the prem so called teams ! Wages always a problem ! Do these players actually want to come and play this style ? it is getting better by the way .. I had for some reason a load o southerners sittin around me last night and all i cud hear was this is crap lets go 15 mins b4 the end !! In fairness i cud not disagree it wasnt that gud but we all know that fresh faces are desperate to the cause ! they are all out there but we wont pay em i know we keep club structure .... but we have to ask ourselves WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP ? maybe im wrong and want it too early but come 2 months into the season and we are in the bottom 3 with the fixture list how do u pick them boys up without top signings that really .. really should be in earlier than what might come .. and yet u never know we always get the story the day after transfer deadline day .. well we nearly got him and him !!! it is a results business ... so is the transfer market ! mmmm needed now im afraid ! lets see what comes i hope im wrong UTP
I was amazed that we had no striker as a sub last night in a really important game as that. Obviously his sub striker was a right back Ryan Shotton. What happened to Louis Moult is he injured? I'm not 100% that Pulis actually wants this Europa league and wouldn't be surprised at all to see him throw it. Which is really unfair to the fans as we deserve this after all the ****e we have had to endure over the past few decades. I sometimes wonder if Pulis actually cares about the fans at all, because if he does he has a funny way of showing it!
Personally im getting sick of all this Pulis bashing, fair play to the lads last night, we got a result and had more than our fair share of chances which wernt put away. Yes TP did make us play deep as per but we were playing in unknown territory, Splitz on paper are a very counter attacking team and i do not blame pulis for one second for being cautious. Yes we do need to dramaticly strengthen our squad, and yes i can see why you would think pulis would throw europe, that doesnt mean the players dont care! I along with the rest of you are worried about the lack of signings but i comletely agree that we shouldnt have to break the wage limit. If we dont sign anyone and get relegated yes id be gutted but **** it, im a Stoke fan through and through, loud and proud. Keep the faith fellas, through thick and thin!
Just as much as hardcore Stoke fans are sick of reading Pulis's negative comments in the paper. Top flight managers would never do that. it surely has to have an adverse effect on the players!
Pulis is a negative manager full stop and nobody can deny this!!!!. He really pisses me off in his interviews!!!!. When we go to croatia this is (IMO) how it will go...........we sit back and try to get a 1 nil.....they score and the momentum is with them.......then they run out 2-1 winners.......I really hope im wrong but with npulis managing can you really see anything else?
Ricc mate that is exactly how I see it too. It will be park the bus time with one up front, probably Jones with 5 across the midfield including Diao and sitting real deep and hoping for a lucky goal. We will probably hold out for about 70 minutes then he will take off either pennant or Etherington or both and that will give them the encouragement to then run at us for the last 20 minutes and should it go to extra time both our main threats are off the field. Pulis does not have a clue how to play away or line up his team to attack!

This is the nagative Mr Pulis that has brought our club from the depths of despair, to our 4th year in the prem, our first EVER FA CUP FINAL & Europe for the first time in 37 years. Some people on here really need to get a ****ing grip of who we actually are, we are Stoke, Not ****ing Man Utd,Chelsea,Liverpool,Man City Or Arsenal. With you username Waddo i presume you were around for the good old days ****ing 40 years ago.Football has changed since then mate, money controls everything.We are still a little fish in a BIG MIDTABLE POND, get you're ****ing rose tinted glasses of realise reallistically who we can afford. Stoke City at the moment can finish anywhere between 8th & 14th in my opinion, just enjoy the ride & stop living on past memories, this is the future & Tony Pulis is our Future, either accept it,or buy the club yourself then you can buy whomever you want, if you cannot afford to buy the club, then shut the **** up & accept reality.
