So oooh. Watched The Revenant. Positives...absolutely stunning cinematography... Even with a Mexican director had an almost Japanese feel to it. Negatives.....it made First Blood look like a documentary.....
Some interesting theories concerning Brans influence on the past here. Possible spoilers as some might come true. http://www.forbes.com/sites/insertc...some-insane-bran-stark-theories/#497d2bf62588
mini evans rant after critics slammed him http://www.express.co.uk/showbiz/tv...-Chris-Evans-Twitter-ratings-Matt-LeBlanc-BBC he's falling back on the ratings based on everyone had to see it 4.4mil... and then everyone told their mates how bad it was and figures went up in show. 4.7mil I wonder what will happen if 1.2mil or something tune in next week.
It was always going to be the 2nd week to judge viewer numbers. First week still has the curiosity factor. The fact it had lower figures than they'd hoped for in the first week should be an alarm for the BBC, they were always going to lose viewers from 1 to 2 (and beyond). 4.4m, can they afford to lose any of those?
it should do. there's 600k to 1million missing. I think they have decided already they are on a hiding in UK and are focusing on joey selling in the foreign shores to pulling i nthe cash... evans shouting constantly is easy fix to help that but joeys dull sleep inducing voice over could be a problem
Spoiler: Spoilz Can't see that site because I have ad block but it seems a lot of people are saying that the Wildfire in kings landing visions are from the future because the Mad King never managed to actually use the fire so it can't be a vision from then. Considering those theories do you think Varys' words about Littlefinger which were something like he would watch the place burn if he could be king of the ashes are prophetic?
Spoiler: Azor Ahai I'm hoping he'll die soon. There's only so many people he can screw over before getting killed. I see Brienne killing him. Wildfire is interesting. I'm thinking something to do with Cerseis trial as a back up plan in case the Hound kills the Mountain in her yet to be seen trial by combat.
Spoiler: stormofspoilers Was trying to work out how to get to Cleganebowl as being Cersei's trial by combat, how would the Hound end up being the opposition fighting for the faith ? Supposedly he returns having been taken in at a monastery so maybe they are the same religion as the faith and that gets us to the Cleganbowl end point, of course he might just end up back in king's landing and wade in replacing whoever is supposed to be the Mountain's opponent if it comes to that
Spoiler: spoilersofwinter He made loads of wild fire as a result of his burn them all madness and used it in various places though, including king's landing, that's what's going on in the flashback with the guys making it and pouring it out in the dungeons and basement, I presume part of that process was also testing small quantities at various points which we do see, probably ending up in a few explosive accidents which we also see, and then when they placed it ready for the final battle some could have gone off accidentally, that was my take on it but the whole seeing shadows of dragons flying over is suggestive that he's seeing the future as well, unless that's pure Targaryen symbolism, who fecking knows, it's all a big mess
Spoiler: Woof woof I think the High Sparrow/someone in the Faith healed his injuries. I've been dying to see the Hound v Mountain ever since they gave us a teaser in season 1.
Why are you still using spoilers? Anyway.... Yeah everyone loved the hound. But it'd be a wee stretch to find him back in Kings landing after leaving them.
