Using his lean arms like scaffolding to support his wiry frame, he sways pensively back and forth on the edge of his seat.
"I just remember coming into the dressing room," he whispers with a solemn shake of the head.

I watched him home and away back then mito, he'd make dramatic dives for the simplest of saves and make more difficult ones look routine, ok that proves nothing but those antics made it easier(if he wanted to or had to)let goals in.
It was when his errors were highlighted during his match-fixing trial that raised suspicions on whether or not during his Liverpool career he'd let a few in on purpose.

Like I said no proof but the seeds of suspicion were planted and even former players like Hansen and Lawrenson called some of his 'mistakes' into question.

 

yeah he was certainly loving the spectacular. Deffo suspect after hearing he did this once. there's more reason to think that when there was a bit of a gap that tossing one in would not affect anything.. then its more tempting.
