Tell you what lets get rid of Bruce and replace him with Dowie. No pleasing some people. If he was given the transfer budget of Man U, Man City to name but two I am sure he would be higher up the PL table but he hasn't. Our whole team is worth about the cost of one of their players.

 

Oh it was a great result, but it wasn't really 'masterminded'. It'd have been more impressive if it'd had been their first team. Suppose we'll find out next season if we can beat them properly.

 

Well that says a lot for the players on the pitch don't it really,everyone bigs our players up and maybe they just are not as good as you all think once they are on the pitch it's them not manager who kicks the ball around.

 

I just think that him spunking dosh everywhere on expensive players and then not being able to get anything close to the best outta them, is a bit tough on us fans.

Yeah Vardy played, but he's just one player. That was their reserves. Nice to beat them but it's not like beating the first team.

Has anybody got ideas for a Bruce replacement then (not you Patty!)? Maybe the main argument for him staying is that it's hard to think of a replacement that isn't a gamble in some ways.

Bruce played a diamond formation with a **** Ryan Taylor in the middle who actually played well. Meanwhile they brough on Englands number 9 for an hour and the PL player of the year. Plus Drinkwater.

I havent seen much of the guy from Feyenoord.

 

Youngish manager with great connections within the game, played for Arsenal and Barcelona. Took Feyenoord to 3rd place in the Eerdevise and won the national cup with them.
