Unbelievable response. You use the words "I took no offence whatsoever" and "off the cuff remarks" and "blown up out of all proportion" and "anti-Allam brigade". How sad! How inept How cruel How obsequious! How servile! Are there no limits to your fawning? How self centred are you? Just because you take no offence does not make this kind of stuff right? Fortunately, not everybody is a sycophant and most do understand what is right and wrong. His "die" comments are disgusting. Simple as. Refusing to apologise for his disgusting "die" comments is disgusting. Simple as. If you can't see this I genuinely feel sorry for you.
...in much the same way that Germany should be grateful to The Third Reich for their autobahn network?
And that would sum up their complete lack of understanding of what a football club is and how it should function.
I like Meyler, but it was probably not a good idea handing the trophy to the representative of an ownership he knows has been highly-divisive.
I liked Mr Allam giving me the right to die when I want. I've not reached a firm decision yet, but I'm leaning toward a date in the year 3030, possibly on a Tuesday so I can still have a lie in after the weekend.
Not been on this forum for a couple of years, mainly because it was taken over by bitter, twisted 'city till I die brigade', whilst everyone is entitled to a view and opinion, to listen some of these people you wouldn't believe it. I don't include everyone, but the only word I can use to describe some of the behaviour I've seen both on this site and at the ground is 'bullying'. I accept anyone's opinion as valid, however it's beyond me how anyone can call themselves a true fan and boycott games, singing 'we want Allam out' 10 minutes into a play off semi final is a disgrace, it's obvious Steve Bruce and the players are affected by it. We've enjoyed the best 5/6 years we've ever had, but all people do is moan. I don't agree with a lot of what the Allams do or the way they do it, but I believe they have more of a right than so called fans who don't even support the team because they have issues with the owner. The present and future are more important than the past, we have a premier league football team, called Hull City and I for one am going to enjoy it and be there to support my team next season. UTT
Don't want to be seen as pedantic Polly but the autobahn were planned and started under the Weimar Republic. The Nazis merely took it over and sdded a few things to the original plans. Their idea was to facilitate troop movements, not for pleasure motoring for the few who had a car.
So the anti-Allam brigade have affected the players? Yet we have had the best 5-6 years in our history. By affected do you mean inspired? Funny when the ructions kicked off with the We Are Hull City Banner one minute later City scored.
I don't agree with all of your post, but I think the point about bullying, and the negativity it has helped perpetuate is a valid one.
Anti-Allam telling pro-Allam they are wrong is bullying. Pro-Allam telling anti-Allam they are wrong is informed debate. Yes?
What? And put the team off and affect their performances resulting in just missing out on promotion, getting to play off finals and an FA Cup final? Surely not.
