I cant see Man city having not paid us after using him for a whole season, they would be in a heap ****e load of bother to say they dont want him now and want to return him.......The fact that he has had a massive wage increase that is binding would be a problem..........Its a load of rubbish by the mirror....imo.

If it went deal went down for 16 million , City would be paying over half the money themselves in reality . These are the kinda deals that have kept us in the black .....till recently . I miss the feeling of advantage other teams ....legally.
It does not matter they have used him and he has been given a large pay rise so they have to honour the deal now.....They can send him back but there is no way we would pay his sort of wages and they would still be liable for the £16m transfer deal....
I get that mate, but you never know we may be happy to take him back at that price. I know wages, but who knows.
I'm always sceptical of these sorts of reports but it's unusual to see quotes saying that a player is open to the idea and that this might actually happen. I'm beginning to think it might, particularly as Ayew clearly knows him well and may have some input.
Can you see jinx paying £100k plus win bonus plus money for each goal he scores whether we win the game or not ? I cant see him doing that.......Personally i dont think Bony is worth that sort of money in a million years.
Why not pay him big , we would be paying him with money he made us Be worth a pretty good laugh if Bony came back again , after all the whining Jenkin's did about bringing him in the first time .... PRICLESS!
Because he is not worth that kind of money. I dont think he has any interest in us anyway and would see us as a step backwards tbh
What would be priceless is requiring Bonys services. He would be worth more to us than his transfer fee and wages combined as he'd guarantee us PL survival.
Wherever he goes, it will be a step backwards. He needs to PROVE again that he is good enough for the top, top level. His problem is, he went to the wrong club. We all knew that anyway.
You can get the details of his contract with City here: https://footballleaks2015.wordpress.com/2016/03/11/swansea-manchester-city-wilfried-bony/ It`s a PDF @ 1.2MB
Still owed £16 Million? hell that means we have only received £12 Million? if this is true then we should get him back by writing of the £16 Million, but I would pay nothing on top of writing off the IOU. He will have to accept a cut in wages, back to what he was getting before, if he is serious in proving he can still perform at this level, which I think he could, I see West Ham taking an interest, but doubt anyone else............
It would be great to have him back but as dragon says he will have to take a pay cut and according to Man City they are prepared to write off the £16m they paid for him, So if this is right then they have paid us the £16m......It will be up to bony on what he does now as he still has a contract running and he will know he is not in Man city's plans for the new season and if i was him i would come back to us with a pay cut as he would still be on around the £80k mark when he takes into account the win/draw bonus and a striker normally gets paid for each goal he scores so he would still be on fantastic wages....I hope he wants to come back and not aim for a higher profile club than us.....
i wouldn't have thought so tbh.....Bony would add to it but we struggled for goals with 3 of those players last season. we should be better though...
