HOLY FUK .... We won the court case with Vorm ... Legally anyways ... WOW ....would have bet against that one .
How much truth do we reckon to the daily mirror story about bony????do man city still owe us 16 m ?,it says he's open to a return, coz pep dosent want him.....I always said that mirror never ever got a story wrong!
Well if he wants to come here, Mancity don't want him, they still owe us money, works for me and I would bite their hand off.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/swansea-ready-write-16million-take-8070406 If it's true then I hope they get the deal done asap. Come on Huw and Guido, this signing could also ensure that Gylfi stays and that we never see that donkey Gomis in a Swans shirt again.
How great will it be to hear the fans singing, Come on Wilfried Bony, Score some goals for Swansea, We go wild wild wild. Please let this be true.
The fact that they still owe us £16 million gives us the advantage in the negotiations here. I'll be dumbfounded if this doesn't happen. Some might argue wages will be a sticking point but Jonjo must have been on around £50k a week, Gomis is on £55-£80k a week so by getting rid of him it frees up 80-100k a week on wages for Bony. It makes all the sense in the world as bringing Bony back guarantees survival again next season immediately and with a few more signings would make us almost nailed on for a top 10 finish. All of a sudden we'd have superb firepower up front with Bony, Ayew, Palo and Gorre (hopefully gets a few games next season) as our striking options.
If Bony WANTS to return , that's half the battle and he's worth the 16 million and maybe more . If he is ho hum on the return I'd rather spend the money on transfers to players more excited about coming through the door .
