Am I just imagining things, or do we always seem to play the same bloody teams? Decent group anyway, we should walk it, before screwing up in the actual competition. More importantly, Ronaldo looks even fatter than me.

yes. always poland. now we win all the games 2-0. sometimes the goals will be scored in the first ten minutes sometimes in the last 10 minutes. when we get to the finals we will revert to rubbish.

I've just been told group I does not have access to a runners up spot, but can't seem to confirm anywhere. Is the WC2014 going to be without France or Spain?
No. Results against the 6th place teams are discounted when it comes to deciding the runners-up spots.

Feel for the Paddys, they've got a tough group with the Germans and the Swedes. Group I should be an interesting one with the French and the Spanish, one big name missing from the tournament? As for us, on paper we should qualify but think most of us know we'll be out by the quater finals in Brazil.
I reckon we have a pretty good chance at the second place behind Germany. Surely we are better than the Irish?
