Very good signing for them. They will be a hard team to beat. They already have a strong Championship squad, just need a Manager to get them motivated and solid. Nice to see him get rewarded with a big job after what he did for Leicester.

You'd imagine he'd love Bradly Johnson.

As they say, it's a result game. Getting sacked twice by the same club is a bit of a joke tho.

In a way, his own fault for going back, how often does that work out?

It's why in a way I wouldn't want Paul Lambert back, I don't think he could be successful here again.

That's good news for Derby, but not for us!!! I was hoping that if AN fails to deliver by about November, we could have got him as manager!!!

I think there was too much going on backstage for him to come back successfully. I've heard loads of rumors, of what happened. Although, sounded like most of it was between him and McNally, and he's gone now!

Still, I'd rather give AN more time, than want to appoint PL again.

Not really sure I'd want him. The things he said and done while at Leicester City were embarrassing and unprofessional.

True, but he has that grit, motivation and bluntness you need as a good solid Championship Manager.

I agree and he'll probably do well, just not sure if I like him lol.

I'm probably stating the obvious but I think Newcastle and Derby will definitely be up there, it's not going to be so easy to bounce straight back up.

Nope, hense why I was so p*ssed off when we bottled it against Sunderland. Getting back up gets harder every single season.

Yes, my thoughts exactly and if Pearson can get Bj to play like he did for us, then Derby will certainly be a force to contend with!!!!

I see Lafferty scored again. Funny what he can do when he plays minutes!

Surely he'd be a player in the Championship?

So many empty seats in the Hull end, did the supporters forget to turn up?

Hull go 1-0 up. Ah well - looks I've just lost my bet.
So Snoddy could be back in the PL then.

    Well done to Hull.

Watching the CL Final. Like the FA Cup, all this singing and dancing Boll*cks has delayed kick off again! The pre-match stuff gets worse and worse. They've still got to do the anthems, and take all that crap off the grass!

Hull were easily the better team today Braveheart, and the only reason Sheff W actually reached the final, was because of Kieran Westwood, and he almost kept Hull out single-handedly again here. Still, justice was seen to be done, in the end. <ok>

Proper justice would be Brighton going up!

Evening Mr. Lines - No :) but proper justice might have been Brighton in the final, still, we´ll now have the pleasure of their company instead.

Hull was probably the better team but it wasn't a very exciting game. Pleased for Snodgrass though, was a bit unlucky last time in the Prem getting injured, so hopefully he can have another shot at the premier league.
