Probably because they think everyone who wants one has got one and there's little point in having staff sat at tables in the away bar all day if no-one's coming in. I was there at 2.30 yesterday and there was nobody there buying tickets.
I contacted the club on the 03333 number about my missing ticket, I was told if it's not there today then I can get a reprint & pick up at Wembley! Pain in the arse this whole thing.
Indeed. Why would we announce how many have been sold? What's to gain from it? The only reason we should ever announce sales for any game is a) it's sold out or b) to counter rumours that it's sold out / there's hardly any tickets left.
I ****ing well hope not. But I'm almost certain they'll be there ruining any atmosphere with their terrible renditions of terrace songs.
somebody on facebook said they've been moved from 502 to 216 I don't see how they can move somebody from near half way line to behind the goal
But this is our 4th visit in 8 years. It's a big deal for Wednesday who haven't been to Wembley for 20 odd years.
Out of interest is this a reason many / any have for not going? Yes its not as exciting as the first time but this wouldnt stop me from going.
I just had the same thing happen - had tickets in 526 and just received new ones in 524 today with a note that the previous ones were now invalid. Perhaps we did give up some tickets around the half way line...
