I could ask you the same. You seriously are asking people to post less on a forum that depends on people posting to keep it going. Genious !# No wonder you dont have a job
Been reading with interest about the difficulties of buying tickets. My mate in Hull was sorting it out and I thought there were no problems. Just had a text that he paid £259 for 4 tickets and they hadn't arrived. Ticketmaster were no help and have referred him back to the club. Bloody brilliant!!!!!
More like to avoid congestion. 100 Tiger Travel plus all the independents and cars then on top of that all the Wednesday fans travelling. It makes sense for us to go down the A1 and them the M1. Nothing to do with 'trouble'.
Got my bastards online last Thursday, paid usual extortionate transaction fees etc, and they got posted 1st class but only arrived today. Sez on back 'if undelivered return to......Manchester M60' My the TransPennine rattler just gets slower.
Anybody know which blocks on 2nd level you can't wear club colours because of Club Wembley rules? Think playoffs are more easygoing or segregated but nice if someone knows or will have to take a neutral shirt as backup. Ta!
Outnumbered or not,no game of football is ever decided by who shouts the loudest or takes more supporters than the other. At the end of the day it's all about who dares wins, who takes the chances that will undoubtably come along, and of course Lady Luck. As for the fans, few will ever admit to pre match nerves, many will choose to go the opposite way and believe its their destiny, but in the end both sets of fans can only be there to watch the final game of the Championship spectiacle unfold. COME ON CITY!!!!!!
Loads of Wendies turned away today when they arrived not knowing they needed to be on the database from previous ticket purchases (despite that info being posted everywhere). Touts as well.
Saw that on Mooney's twitter feed. Also reported that a few Wendies got away with it (Or so they claim). Any idea on turnout today? Still no official numbers from the club which is completely baffling. Hearing 25K from some people but the Stadium plan (as of last night) only showed around 5500 tickets left to be allocated which would take sales to the 33K mark!
Has the club mentioned ticket sales in the last couple of days as anyone heard anything we all know we have tickets left but how many are we taking to Wembley, I know HDM mentioned 25000 yesterday Nobody is saying nothing from the club all I know is it is 25000 plus
If you have any Wednesday next to you at Wembley out the bastards straight away, had quite a few Arsenal in our block for the cup final, quiet as mice for over an hour but giving it big time at the end...c****s.
Nothing official from the club which is what I can't understand! All we have is media reports and guess work so anything between 25 to 33K at the moment.
so when the tickets go on general sale, what will prevent the Wendies and touts turning up on mass and buying the tickets ???? Going to be interesting to see how they sort the wheat from the chaff on this one.
If we really have only sold 25,000 that's ****ing shocking. It's desperately concerning what's happened to our fanbase over the last few years. It's not just the people the Allams have put off but the general small time attitude around the place and systematic recession of everything about the club to the point that we can't sell tickets for a playoff final; not only for lack of demand, but even if the demand was there the club wouldn't be equipped to deal with it. We really need to get promoted again and then instead of resting on those laurels actually make an effort to appeal to fans new and old and try to grow the club again.
Regardless of how many we have or haven't sold, the extent of the malaise affecting the club is getting exposed like never before. A pall of cloud hangs over the KCOM stadium. There's no one at home. The people running it can't or won't engage. The media and the council keep their distance, as to people who would normally wish us well and a significant proportion of our hard core fans. We need to win to get rid of the present owners. We've been fighting with one arm tied behind our back for at least 3 years now and it's taken its toll on our numbers. People will give it the middle digit. Those of us that haven't need to give MAX SUPPORT to get us over that all-important line. Leave the inflatables and beach balls to the dee dahs and their big day out. Make sure we win.
They are on general sale already, but you still need to have bought at least one ticket previously and that remains in place from now on.
I could not understand it when HDM said 25000 because when I looked at the Wembley map without counting every seat but a quick look at each block and I got between 5000 and 6000 left so unless the map was totally wrong or the HDM is guessing then without the official figure from the club none of us know. May be tomorrow night they might tell. The important thing is that no matter how many do end up going that we all enjoy, back the team and have a great day and hopefully come back a premier league club.
