you ou were mocking LFC for spending money and not winning anything but you've done exactly the same. How much money club has spent means nothing, as proven by other clubs spending not ng and winning. Even so, it's not my money, it's not your money. So who cares how much is spent?

 

How about former........CL winners, Uefa Cup winners, FA Cup winner's, League Cup winners and Uefa Super Cup winners?

Yep not winning the league for so many years does hurt tobes, but the comfort blankets that sporadically happen help us feel a bit better and confirm our superiority over Everton.

"David Moyes has dropped out of the running for the Aston Villa manager's job. On a short list of three, Moyes was strongly tipped to be the new manager after being interviewed last Thursday night, but after mulling over the challenge this weekend, decided to rule himself out.

"I understand the fundamental issue for Moyes was dropping down to the Championship and he had reservations about Villa wanting a swift decision, with a hectic summer ahead for the club's football department."

 

He's got about as much chance as I have.

He'd have been a decent choice for Villa, not sure where he sees himself going this summer, but I'm not convinced he'd get a better offer than that.

Everton is not on the agenda for him btw. Our sights are set far higher than Mr Moyes.

 

Yeah, he seems to have delusions of grandeur since his 7 months at OT, he's better than a championship job but tbf his lack of success should see him at the likes of Stoke or West Brom.

Everton obviously do have a better option in mind and that's fair do's, Moyes spoilt his legacy at Everton by his smarmy antics over signing his former players once he was at Utd.

 

Well he's missed celtic who I saw him really sending signals to on last goals on Sunday...

No rejects villa?

Moyes might be waiting now for a desperate club to throw money at him next november.

the standard of wumming is so poor these days

the league table offers a huge opportunity to wum the **** out of LFC.

example:

Had LFC fans not walked out on 77mins at anfield LFC would have beaten sunderland 2-0 and ended up 7th in table (higher GD by 2 + 2 more points) leading to LFC gaining europa football due to the kindness of utd.

then theres the fact that those two points might well have relegated newcastle too.. though not quite and thus the staining for the fast spanish waiters card.
