Kids of today will never understand the joys of stink bombing somebody's letterbox and running off, kids now are crap.

Thing i think is most disappointing is the way the kids don't seem to be kids any more, no more playing games outside in the summer, no footy, cricket, rounder's, and other games such as deleevo and British bulldog etc.
Maybe if they played more games outside instead of computing there wouldn't be so many fat kids about?
On another note we were always taught to be competitive where as now its just good to take part....bollocks....

But kids today can easily find out what it actually was and how to make them.

We just had to go to the joke shop and buy them. All we knew was that they ****ing stunk.

    What was inside them?

They could do that, but they're too busy trying to beg their mum and dad for a pair of £700 Yeezy's.

As kids/teens wherever we went we always took a football, even if we weren't planning on playing football. To get from A to B we would kick a ball about whilst doing so. Now you see kids of that age (without a football) and they just hang around supermarket entrances or outside of local shops doing nothing in particular other than act like arseholes. Another thing I've noticed is that gangs of young'uns tend to have members of both sexes in them nowadays. When I was younger, around early to mid teens, we barely used to talk to each other. The thought never crossed our minds. It wasn't till after we left school that we tended to 'mix' so to speak.

We used to throw fireworks (bangers) in! Thinking back we could have easily given some old dear a heart attack or blown the jaw off of a loving family pet! Being stupid little twats we never used to think of potential consequences back then.

A little while ago, a couple of kids poked cigs through a shop letterbox in town and the shop burnt down, with a fireman dying in the blaze trying to put it out.

What an absolute mess kids are these days, I keep getting told kids are getting cleverer by school results etc, load of ****, they're more stupid than ever.

    Agreed.

We used to fill our waterbombs up with water and a touch of red sauce. 'Hi, you look nice today. New clothes?' 'SPLAT'

Waterbomb fights were the best, you'd have to find somebody's house that the balloon fitted over their tap first, usually one of your mates would have a garden hose tap outside, they were the HQ for the battle ground.

Better now, no smokers in restaurants, even when I smoked it disgusted me, sitting inside a room full of smoke, trying to see my Carbonara.

before the smokers ban, after a night out in bars and clubbing, when lazily putting the previous nights t-shirt back on the next morning, hungover! The smell was hideous and I once was sick whilst my head was still inside the shirt.

By way of a ridiculous coincidence, the fire chief in charge of the station the fireman who died was from, committed suicide from the guilt of this whole incident. Well his wife was/is a teacher at my sons school. The whole events are extremely sad and were totally avoidable.

Don't know how long ago that was but now they do a risk assessment before they go into a building, something else that has changed from the good old days....where there's a blame there's a claim.

I didn't know that, terrible. I don't for one second think the kids planned for any of it, but it just goes to show what a lack of common sense can do.
