3 tickets per pass holder. No general sale; only people who've bought tickets before under the new ticketing system/database. It's almost like they don't want a certain demographic to be able to go...
If Sheffield Wednesday have not sold out and they are on genuine general sale (not like ours so far) I don't see why there is any worry. It should be quite easy to spot the odd rogue Sheffield Wednesday fan if they make a bit of effort. Why aren't they selling tickets from Tigers Leisure?
http://www.owlstalk.co.uk/forums/index.php/topic/240890-the-stadium-will-bounce-because-we-remember/ Oh dear he's gone too early. Only Monday and he's already given his tearful Churchillian address.
Aww bless.....he's getting all giddy and excited to be going to Wembley..... Did we have to put up with this crap from the Bristol fans ?
It's good for a laugh is owlstalk, they are bigger than TWS! A photo finish between the Piggies and TWS as to suffering the longest misery. May it continue.
I take it the HDM have a different definition of "limited tickets available" than the rest of us. That's if we've only sold 25K.
We currently don't know how to buy tickets to a game at Wembley on Saturday. How ****ing mental is that?
It is actually difficult to think how we could've managed this worse. What annoys me is the Wendies - and now other fans - mocking us cos they think our tickets went straight to general sale and we still can't sell out, when the reality - but not reported FACT - is that our tickets have never gone on general sale.
It's great to know if I now want to buy a ticket I just cant get one as we have thousands still available. Let's wait and see if they want to sell some more or not
He missed out that Tuesday night when little Hull City who had just spent 20 odd years in the bottom league turned up at Hillsboro in their thousands and were still pouring into the ground at half time because Wednesday were not prepared for such huge numbers turning up for a mid week game. Parts of the ground which hadn't been used for years had to opened up to cater for the visiting hoardes. And he forgot to mention how Hull City blew them away in the first half after being one nil down.
SWFC Ticket Office @swfcTICKETS TICKETS FOR THE PLAY OFF FINAL ARE NOW SOLD OUT #SWFC Apparently we're waiting to get the spare tickets back and check everything before putting further tickets on sale, though I'm ****ed if I can understand why we're not at least telling people what's going on.
If any of those Owlstalk idiots are browsing, you obviously can't rock up at our ticket office without ID and buy a ticket. Firstly, we haven't got a ****ing ticket office. And secondly, there are no tickets on sale to anyone at the moment.
Indeed, the 'cheese triangle' section as they referred to it hadn't been open in yonks. As I've said earlier, ive had no issue with Wendies previously - they weren't on my radar - but their message board this week has been full of massive ****s. Every other post is about how '**** and tinpot we are and we don't deserve to even play in the match' cos we've shifted a grand total of a few thousand tickets fewer than them in a day less of sales. Of course the FACT that Sheffield has 300,000 more inhabitants is just ignored. And then they were also pissing their panicky pants about their tickets not making general sale whereas ours have been available to all throughout, when the exact opposite is what has actually transpired. They're just ****s.,
Agreed, I had nothing against them before, if anything they were probably the more favourable of our Yorkshire neighbours. But judging by that message board their fans are acting like complete bellends and have let the first bit of success in 20 years go straight to their heads.
There really is a way to behave when things are going well and they've missed that mark by some distance.
