Hull City play-off tickets to go on sale at KCOM Stadium 'in limited numbers' Hull City are to make a "limited number" of tickets for the Wembley Championship play-off final available to buy in person from the KCOM Stadium. The club said further details of the sale would be released "in due course" although some tickets are expected to be available on Tuesday. Tickets for Saturday's clash, when the Tigers will face Sheffield Wednesday at Wembley, are available to buy on Ticketmaster until 8pm tonight and the club is urging fans to make use of the hotline and online sales rather than wait for any release at the club. It is thought City have so far sold more than 25,000 of their 38,000 ticket allocation for the stadium. Supporters who want to buy on the internet or over the phone require a customer number - found on any previous home match tickets, or on ticket confirmation emails. Fans are able to buy up to a maximum of six tickets per customer number. Club Marketing & Communications Manager James Mooney said the customer number was required to prevent Sheffield Wednesday fans buying tickets for the Hull City allocated areas of Wembley. He said: "Sales have been strong and we would encourage people to continue booking through Ticketmaster although we are looking at making some available at the stadium although exact numbers are still to be finalised." http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Hull...tory-29308057-detail/story.html#ixzz49V2BU4rS
Are all those in red sold or just allocated? For example, have the club taken tickets for blocks 518-526 to sell at the KC but on here they show up as sold? Looking online it looks as though there are around 31,000 tickets allocated.
The club won't take any seats off sale to sell at the KC. They want people to use ticketmaster, it would be silly.
A lot of the Orange blocks are only around .66 recurring sold. On the flip side, a lot of them have a bare handful of seats left in them (some of them had just one). At least that was the case when I looked this morning. The corners in the lower bowl are quite undersold. Looked like there's between .33 recurring and .5 available seats left.
Why didn't Matt Dean give us this ticket update on Look North, do the local media not want us to sell tickets? Have we no marketing team at all?
Apparently the worlds biggest championship team have sold out twice over and have asked the FA to rebuild Wembley to accommodate an extra 4 million loyal go every week never miss a match die hard Wednesday fans. And we are a crap team who they will steam roll as they have twice this season and were it not for actual results they would have finished 30 points above us. Got a 98 pounder **** me it'll be a great view of our triumph
Looking at that map of the stadium even though some of the blocks say limited availability and there is around half left in some I would say we have sold more than 30,000 but JM may update tomorrow, we will have less than them but many of us from Hull have bigger gobs
Totally agree unless something is wrong with the map but if it is right its around 32/33,000 sold but until the club update we wont know for sure. Hopefully your right we will see.
The clubs stance on tickets is baffling to say the least. It's almost like they don't want people to attend, or certainly make it hard. I get that they have to put measures in place to stop sheff wed buying any. Why have they not got megaphones driving round the city telling people to rock up and queue for tickets.
