    Apparently Marks cant tell Yeates and Dicko apart from a distance. Could this work in a match?? Or is he just stupid?

    Hardly heard a word from Mariappa. Prince seems to be getting more involved today, and his passing seems a little bit tighter.

    OK, I'm officially a football slob today then :)
    That's a really good point Norway about taking time to get to know each other, but 7 of the starting line-up were there last year.

    Half time and Colchester United lead 1-0 through Odejayi. #WatfordFC have been very poor. Closer to AFC Wimbledon display than Brentford :(

    Poor so far from the Orns. Colchester have looked much better than us. Defensively we've been bad. Attack not much threat. No iweluwo tho.

    Yep lets judge this player on two and half performances in pre season friendly. I seem to remember McGinn looking very lightweight and chasing shadows in the couple of games he played in the second half of the season after he joined look how he turned out.

    And to be honest i would expect our defence to be shakey for no other reason than the leader at the back Martin Taylor is exactly the type of player that will laze through pre season friendlies and turn it on when the proper stuff starts!
