Nah no one's over. Seeing them in Thailand, this was just a quickie down the registry office. Been working at my laptop all day mate, she'll have to like it or lump it!
For what its worth the football supporters I've spoken to up here in Scotland all have a high opinion of our new CEO. Success starts at the top..and good CEO can help develop the infrastructure that can give us the reward for supporting a great club we truly deserve. What a change that would be !!!!
Spelled shock wrong there mate. What have they been saying about him? From what I`ve seen, opinions seem to be well mixed.
Same here. Some Rangers fans are saying that he done a good job in difficult conditions, some are saying that he's never welcome back to their club! A lot of them are saying his negotiation skills leave a lot to be desired.. He does seemed to have done a grand job at Tel Aviv, though.
Hes successful & that sort of dodginess (like it or not) works for him - infact most successful people have made some ruthless dodgy calls to get there - he seems to make right ones - maybe we'll start getting expected success rather than the unexpected - don't ROTFL - oops sorry can't help myself -
cheers fella. i get in the day before so intend to knock off early and hit plenty of balls. only 15k, eh!
I think the key to the success of this appointment is whether Big Sam is on board with this. If these two end up with a difference of opinion in how the club is run then they could be problems. Bain's first job should be to get Sam on a five year contract. The club is crying out for stability and this would be a great way to start. He's needs to give Sam every support he can to get in the players he wants and then start on the commercial side. There seems to be some mega deals going on in sponsorship. To make that's where he should really concentrate and leave the football side to Sam. If this works then it could be a huge step forward for the club....
Can't be that bad a negotiator, the bloke was on the Rangers board when they had our pants down, £8 million for Torre Andre Flo. With that track record Buckley and Bridcutt could fetch a fortune this summer.
