Tis written in the stars. Red card Fellani, 2 - 1 to Palace, Zaha to score the winner. We lose the FA Cup but gain a new manager, so not too shabby an afternoon.

 

I said a year ago we'll never win a trophy under Van Gaal. I'll be happy to be proved wrong but I just have no confidence in the bloke and fully expect him to get his tactics wrong today. So much so, that we may not create much all game. If I'm wrong, I'll happily give him the credit he deserves.

 

I think we gain a new manager anyway, he's leaving after this I'm fairly sure. Might as well win this then.

I've got a dreadful feeling we're going to lose though. I think our full backs are going to be ran ragged today, neither are anywhere near good enough.

Apart from that though we've a good side, I'd have Herrera at 10 instead of the dandelion any day of the week though.

 

Or even Herrera alongside Carrick with Rooney at ten would work nicely.

 

Yeh I think bolasie and even zaha will cause us problems. If we can keep them quiet we'll win. If not we could be in trouble.

 

I think they will come at us like a train, score early and make the rest of the game an edgy, nervous affair......until they win

Ref should give advantage for the attacking team .. 2 poor decisions from the ref

 

I don't mind stupid passing style .. but unless you have players who are great at passing, is stupid to play this style facing a side that sit back and counter .. we are just making it easy for them bcz once they have the ball we are slower than them and more vulnerable

Rooney has been ****. How anyone thinks he's good in midfield is beyond me. The first **** up was his fault as well.

Fellaini with 2 golden opportunities to score... misses then pretends to put his head in hands when the truth is he knew he would miss before he'd touched the ball. Such a spoofer.

Crystal Palace have been **** tbh. All they do is play route one punts up field and yet every time they do we make them look good.

 

If I was a manager and had Rooney , he would play from the midfield circle every game .
