I worry about everything Jenkin's does since he " Took over " the club in his new dictatorial role since the start of Laudrups 2nd season . I'm hoping Guidolin lack of ego will spin Huw around , back where he and we were .
I don't think that's true valley. He started his over involvement during Laudrup's time and carried it on with monk and now Guildo.

There was no money to give a greedy , self centred , egotistical manager in the Championship who demanded such and didn't make it past 3 months at his next club .Huw did the right thing IMO without sticking his nose where it didn't belong . Rodgers didn't get much after Sousa but who he got wasn't from Huw's wish list . Huw's expansion of responabilities started with the sacking of Laudrup's agent and hasn't stopped since . The only thing that has stopped is fruitation in the transfer market , and that is due to Huw .
Huw is a bit of a liability at the moment with his interference in team matters. I appreciate he had to keep his hands on the purse strings but with his meddling he managed to waste millions of pounds by bringing in players that are not suited....He should stick to being the chairman and go to represent us at functions or something and leave the playing side to the manager who's job it is. What this club needs is quality players and not players huw thinks are good enough and cheap because in the long run these players end up expensive. I don't want to see us linked to players i want to see us put in offers and try to get the squad all done and dusted early and not leave it till the final week or days where out targets have been snapped up by other clubs. Get in quick with our maximum offer and get out and if successful then great but if not move on to someone else and not hang around .....
