Just been on to the site again for a nosie, filling up behind the goal, but loads of tickets left on each corner of the stadium, I would suggest we`ve probably sold about 55% of our allocation looking at it.
I asked Hull City ticket office why they needed the messing about with registering and activation and they said "they needed to do it so that you can tell them a password" Why? You can give your customer number and surname If you knew somebody else's customer number all that would happen is that you would pay for tickets but they would be sent to somebody else's address! How many people would be stupid enough to want to do that?
Blind leading the blind I fear! By the way Customer Service is definitely closed, despite what anyone says...
That's just for you, they'll talk to everyone else... Seems the club don't know their ticket services opening hours.
Have you rung them after 6? I think I know more about when they are closed than anybody. It's not difficult you just phone them. Overall it seems a shambles. You would think that the club would want choose somebody who could deal with what's required but Ticketmaster are obviously not up to the job.
I don't know if they have a special.Hull City one, but their website says; Customer Services Hotline: 0161 813 2222 Email: [email protected] Address: Customer Services Ticketline PO Box 4061 Manchester M60 1YT Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 10. 00 - 18.00 Saturday to Sunday 10.00 - 16.00
That was an attempt at humour, I'm aware they're not actually open. They are supposed to be though, they're contracted to stay open until 8,00.
