Its about time they did it And they beat a Rovers at Wembley at last too FGR got themselves to blame though. Getting rid of their manager before the play offs was pretty stupid. Just my opinion though.
Pretty much the whole of Nailsworth turned out and filled a few rows at Wembley. Grimsby's end was packed. I think FGR will probably make it some time soon. Grimsby deserve to be back. And good luck to them next season.
Some wealthy veggie **** trying to steam rolling a poxy tin pot outfit into League football with **** all fans. Thank **** the fish catching northern ****s beat them.
There's a lot more in the corner which isn't visible Anyway who really cares how many of them were at Wembley yesterday, all people worry about at playoff finals is attendances these days
So very true Gasheads seemed be obsessed with it lately I expect some other fans of other clubs laugh at our attendances
I take your word for it. I didnt watch the game and I just seen this tweet showing the picture. Presumed they were telling the truth Are you sure though that those in the corner wasnt the stewards?
I agree with you. If any team deserves league football based on events of the last few seasons, its Grimsby. Lets be honest, it would have been a travesty if FGR had made it at their expense. In my opinion, justice was done and the right team have made it. As for the nonsense with FGR replacing their manager just before the play offs - what a ridiculous thing to do. Deserve all they got!!!
Happy for Grimsby as they deserve it. A little sad for FGR as they're my local team. Amazed at the attendance - a little over 17k for a playoff final at Wembley - that's dreadful. I knew there wouldn't be more than 5k FGR fans, but that meant there was about 12k Grimsby fans which is also pretty poor. When we played Grimsby last year it was in front of a record-breaking 47k!
