No, just laughing at the gullibles who are buying into Dave's overinvestment and believing he's ripped up the Sports Direct contract. Some of them were even on the SSB phone in.

    Aye, I did some research.

Moreso the Sports Direct thingy. This especially:

"The controversial terms of the tie-up between Sports Direct and Rangers are believed to have been hammered out in private between Ashley, Green and former commercial director Imran Ahmad. It is unclear if this deal was presented to the club’s board for official approval."

Dave tried this one before with the WiFi contract court case. "hammered out in private", "it is unclear if this deal was presented to the club’s board for official approval."

The bold Dave claims that Chuckles and Ahmed had no authority to sign up to "onerous" contracts, and the Record seem to be following his logic by suggesting that this is Rangers' exit from the sports direct contract. If the board never agreed or if the contract was only signed by Green and Ahmed.

You might be right I don't actually recall, but it does not really matter in the grand scheme.

Ahmed and Green as "Commercial director" and "Chairman" respectively, had every right to sign binding contracts without consulting their board. I think King may have just made one monumental **** up in trying to tear the contract up.
