Zlatan. If only. Probably get linked with Toure. Yet again Ben Afra has supposed to have had a good season Carrick would be ideal. Evra. Is that the one that played for Man U?
Cacares is a quality player and a big upgrade from the likes of Jones. I think he can play RB anyway I remember him being quick. Good, versatile defender and not especially old.
Feghouli's a winger/general attacking player, highly rated although I've not seen much of him. I think Man United have been linked with him in the past. Fast and skilful and mid twenties. Cacares is a versatile and quick defender, CB primarily. He's never played for a bad side and if I remember right he won the CL with Barca a few years ago.
Van der Wiel is canny too, RB currently at PSG. Haven't seen much of him either to be honest but he's good from what I can recall.

Feghoulli is out of our reach I think, very good player but had a few issues in the last year with Valencia, pretty sure it was round the time that Gary Neville took over and nearly capsized them. Cacares was at Sevilla before moving to Juve if I remember right, good defender but not sure he'd be suitable for the Premier League. Don't think we do South American defenders well anyway following our previous experiences
Zlatan = No chance Toure = 35 years old, no way FFS Evra = Same as above, too old. Ben Arfa = Too much baggage and only plays when he gets his own way, No. Carrick = Yes please Dembele = Yes, i'd take him
They're not all on a free, just contracts coming to an end. Carrick is pure speculation by the press and may well get offered a new contract although i'd love us to get him.
@Safc83 I think was talking about him the other day and says he's top class - can;t comment personally but 83 is normally on the money with these ones!
Van Der Wiel is a bit of a baller, he could walk into a lot of big teams. Chelsea tried to sign him before he went to PSG so don't be surprised if he ends up there.
Is Zlatan the player with the ponytail (probably go to Man u) they will be linked with about 200 players in the summer ? if so yes, Toure and Michael carrick.
