If they don't want to honour a contract signed in Rangers babe , then they should try to get it voided but I guess they gave to do it via lawyers etc

Not by telling newspapers were ripping it up and removing logos (which I guess is in breach of contract)

I personally hope Ashley sues Rangers for breaches ... He'd win .

 

I'm sure he will sue. Whether he wins or not, time will tell. I'm also sure that Rangers didn't take this action without legal advice. So that would suggest they know they can win any litagation. Plus there is also the EFL's rules on duality. Ashley may have his hands tied because he can't have a commercial interest in another British club whilst he owns Newcastle playing in the championship.

They didn't tell the papers. They released a two paragraph statement that the papers are reporting on.

Imo these derogatory contracts should have been ripped up a long time ago. They were agreed by crooks for Ashley's benefit and nothing else.

I suspect when / if they do , Rangers will have a case but until then , honour them and stop bitching , releasing statements and let yer lawyers deal with it.

If he's not guilty , green, then I hope Ashley sues and takes ranges for millions . Rangers ****ed smaller companies all the time in the past , reap what you sow.

I don't hate Rangers , I dislike Rangers ...and the attitude every **** should do as they say no matter the circumstances.

However, it matters not a jot if we think he's a crook and that we think Ashley is a ****. Rangers signed a legal contract with sports direct . It's legally bonding until proved otherwise .

And if still legal , honour it and get yer lawyers to work out how to get out of it.

Don't honour it , get sued .

That's pretty much how it should work ... And yes , I am a pretty intelligent guy, hence I understand Rangers predicament.

But , my dislike for Rangers means I hope Ashley does sue and King, the proven crook, has to dip into his pockets and pay the ****.
