Think they've turned a profit the last two seasons and that's only projected to increase with the club becoming increasingly self sustaining.

And I'm still confused about what's incorrect in that statement?

The owner will be long dead before that club turns enough profit to cover what he's put into it.

In fact, world war 3 will probably hve broken out and the etihad will be little more than a pile of rubble.

That's completely false and I resent you saying it. My choosing to go has **** all to do with 'can't be bothered', it's a personal stance against our disgrace of an owner. But if you think it's fine to keep handing money over to a man who has behaved as he has then that's on your conscience.

The day someone is mocked for standing up for their beliefs is a ****ing pathetic one.

    Nice
Actually 'classy' wasn't really the right comment. It just doesn't seem a likely venue for a discussion of a multi million pound deal that everyone in the area is desperate for information about.
I have been a few times so even I might have stumbled into them, if it was true
Anyway I think they're reviewing the menu but it's generally a fixed price all you can eat buffet on a lunch time which is really good value (apart from the puddings which were extra and seemed relatively dearer to me, but then I haven't got a sweet tooth)
Beer is ok too, not a massive choice but there was one reasonable lager on draft as I recall.
Worth a visit on a lunchtime certainly, and I've been to a few evening functions there which have been ok, buffets have been good.

Yes, Sinitta is a City fan. She has a mate that's an ardent supporter, can't remember who it is right now, and she caught the bug from them.
