Beware of one silly bastard if you phone up who insists its one ticket per pass.. Just sold sister 3 tickets....3 TT When we gave our 3 passes ref numbers Now i will need to go phone up and try again as i want 4 tt and 4 tickets
AGHHHHH!!!!!! This is the first season for years that I haven't had a season ticket. My mate has one and is unable to go to the final. Rang the club and was told that its fine for him to get a couple of tickets on his and re assign them to me and my lad. Went on Ticketmaster and entered our details as "friends" including giving our customer numbers etc. - got a response from Ticketmaster saying that that had been done successfully. Every time that we try and re-assign the tickets it wont let us. We have tried re-registering, updating our details on the City site and everything else that we can think of without any success Any thoughts please? (Helpful ones would be particularly welcome!)
So we don't have the worst ticketing system ever invented at all? Ticket master, whose only role is selling tickets does?
I had the same problem. Ended up ringing the 0844 248 5009 Ticketmaster number, had to wait a few mins to get through but it was worth it. The assistant I spoke to was brilliant, really helpful.
Has any team not sold out its allocation for this "biggest game in football"? Could be deeply embarrassing if we're the first. Just shows doesnt it, first time round the same tickets in the same stadium were like rocking horse ****. Blame Allam.
Nope it's just a **** system employed by Ticket Master. Luckily the premium rate number they provide has helpful people. Which is handy. Not everything is the clubs fault you know. Time to let go.
