Black Keys one of the bands I still really want to see live......was going to see them last year until the drummer knobbled his shoulder in and they cancelled the gigs. Saturday night was cool, Editors were pretty good as the warm-up and then The Manics were great. First half was 'Everything must go', the whole album which was great to hear as a whole live. 2nd half was a mixture of stuff right through from 'Generation Terrorists' to 'Futurology,.......with a bit of Manics bingo thrown in for good measure!! A cover version of Fiction Factory's 'Feels like heaven' was an unexpected pleasant surprise. A cracking evenings entertainment in all.......was going to put a couple of video snippets up but i'm so un-pc savvy I can't figure out how to stick them up lol
I see Radiohead are in trouble for the video to Burn the Witch because the animation used is copy-righted by the "Trumptonshire" (true name!) Estate - FFS people, get a life!! A couple of tunes inspired by Trumpton....

I think the only way to do video posts on here is through uploads on streaming sites like YouTube. Many other YouTube style streaming websites are supported on here. Loads of people don't realize they all ready have a YouTube account if you own an android phone or have a Gmail+Google account! Top stuff! Sounded like a very good night out!
