I can see one or two really big calls in here. Wales are very lowly seeded, there are a lot worse teams higher seeded.

If we said germany/northern ireland as a selection and aggregate perfrmance wins? fair?

Germany/N.I
spain/ albania (I'd be annoyed)
england/wales - this is good but i already see a flaw... these are in same group!


so waht do we think?

what alternative ways should we go about putting the teams together?

take france put with hungary
then Romania with Austria
Portugal albania

and so forth and so on.

Group A top seed with group F 4th seeds
Group a 2nd seed with group F 3rd seeds.

Is this any better?
