I had to go for piano lessons when I was a kid and hated it, would much rather have been outside playing footy.

    I also collect footy programmes.

Well I found a bagful in my attic when I was 14, I think my dad colleted them, most of them worthless but two of them where the 1955 fa cup final with City and the other was the 51 cup final with Blackpool. I then bought the 52 cup final one and got them framed. I have another rare one off when we played Man City.

Other than playing and watching football, I enjoy watching the F1, Boxing and Rugby Union. I play football manger too much. I spend quite a lot of time just going out with my mates etc. I keep trying the fitness thing every now and again with running and jogging but I don't have the motivation to keep it up, same with Rugby Union I used to play wing before moving to scrum half but I just couldn't be bothered to keep it up. 5 a side footie is all I do, sports wise, now.

Work. I quite like my job and it's really really well paid. I'm only part time but brings me in enough to do what I want.

Just hang out with the mrs away from footie and work, or go to pub with mates. Football is the main one.

Played guitar through first and middle school but it was only plucking and a little bit of strumming.

The Mrs might find out about that. Of course for a certain price, she might not.

You should try and clean up after my lass, she's like 5 year old triplets rolled into a 19 year old. Not only that but she's old enough to drag me places that I don't want to go to.

So all in all, my girlfriend is my other hobby. I sometimes get the rare pleasure of my xbox, but not too often.

I was bought Red Dead Redemption this Xmas and I started to play it on Boxing Day. MiniOT is near me watching and all of a sudden she spots a dog running near me in a town and shouts "Shoot it Daddy."

Stopped playing shooting games in front of her now but shes a demon on GT5!

hahahaha. I know it's bad, but that sounds fantastic, bless her

My girlfriend's a fan of the xbox, so it's all good. She actually enjoys watching me play games!!! It's a god send, it really is.

Damaged Goods is a fantastic song, glad you've caught on quick haha. We played it on the radio once - we were meant to do a 'guilty pleasure' type song but couldn't think of one and couldn't be bothered so just played that instead mainly because I liked the bass riff haha.

It's a gift, AB, it really is.

I was shocked as hell when she blurted it out.

Wife hates computer games, sports of all sorts... Come to think of it; everything I used to hold sacred!

Damn. You got the star and a GF who puts up with gaming.

Aye, I bet you would've been! Obviously for you it would've been a bit horrifying to hear from your young daughter but can't help but chuckle a bit! Normally they love dogs and stuff!

yeah, I've been blessed really. Sometimes she likes joining in.. which is alright depending on what game it is... recently been playing Zelda on the N64 which she loves. It's amazing. The only thing she doesn't like is football. Which, obviously, isn't a good thing. But she bought me the NUFC top last year though which lets me know she understands, at least.
So basically, I can play any game other than fifa in front of her.

I tried to get her into Resistance: Fall of Man but she was so terrible I had to keep leaving the room.

Almost 2 hours to get to the first save point <grr>

<laugh> Sounds bad, I feel your pain! Some games they just drag you down! It's just gotta be a case of "Don't worry, I'll do this bit!"

    <laugh><laugh><laugh>

    That's fantastic!!

"Barton pretends to steal a pair of shorts from Tiotes arms. Everyone laughs." in particular made me laugh!!

Saw that Blackburn advert earlier, hilariously cringe worthy!

Just that bit where they take the bite of the chicken and they're obviously thinking "**** me, I'm on 50k a week.. and I'm eating processed chicken covered in ****e and smiling like I'm constantly being injected with botox"

I watched it and just prayed they got paid extra for that because it will taunt them for years.

I would honestly be embarrassed if I was a Blackburn fan. It's cringe worthy enough just being a football fan! More reasons to laugh at another club though, I suppose. At least it's not us! As funny as your sports direct advert plan is, I would be devastated if anything like that ever happened!

I can't imagine Mike Ashley being THAT bad though, surely?

I'd hope not but never underestimate Mike.

I'm sure he's seen it and thinks that he could utilse the squad to make additional PR; as long as SportsDirect is mentioned in public, irrespective of the positivity, he'll be thinking of profits.

If it's in the public arena and makes people talk about his companies... he'll be tempted.
