Looks like the announcement caught the FA by surprise, they haven't got an image for Rashford on their OWS...

Alas he`s fluffed them that many times he is the country`s leading goal scorer of all time !!!, he may not be what he once was but for his experience deserves a squad place, and please don`t edit my posts to suit you`re own agenda... ta !

I think most are fine with him being in the squad, but he should be absolutely nowhere near the starting XI.

I wasn't trying to convey you said anything different to what you said. I was just enjoying finding the strike-through button. There's no agenda.

    The team should be

    Hart
    Walker Smalling Cahill Rose
    Dier Alli
    Barkley Rooney Lallana
    Kane

Stones has been far too dodgy recently to throw him in. Must be low on confidence. Cahill's been there done it, calmer head has the experience.

I'm just glad we haven't got flipping whatsisname as a first choice centre-back this time, Upson, I remembered. It could be worse at the back! No Phil Jones either thankfully!

Cahill Smalling with Stones as back up, thats 3 decent centre-backs, the defence is fairly decent for me and I like 2 attacking full-backs like we have there

Don't mind Townsend, he's played in a **** team but he isn't a **** player, he's been good for Newcastle this season.

I thought he was excellent at the weekend. He's been a bit off form for most of the season, but I think it's starting to come back at just the right time ... at least I hope so.

Ruddy Nora... This is the worst pool of players and England manager has ever had to choose from. Joe Hart wouldn't have got near the top 10 keepers in years gone by.

To think we have Delph and Rashford in our squad yet Spain rejected Costa, Torres, Mata, Cazorla and Bellerin from their 25-man squad.

A couple of years ago I would have agreed, this was before Kane and Delli Alli turned up and I have high hopes for Dier and Rashford. We have some potential world beaters there.

Don't underestimate Rashford, he might not make the squad but he is proper raw talent for years to come

I'd say overall this pool of players is better than the 2012 and 2014 lot BCC.

Difference being that those pools where probably a bit more well balanced, whereas this one is proper ****e at CB.
