And there was me thinking that you were blessed with spontaneous wit. I'm not from Sunderland, many of their supporters are not, I merely support them. Apart from the team I have more of a connection with the city of Newcastle, Newcastle is probably my favourite city, beautiful. So having digs at the city of Sunderland means nowt to me. Your post just amused me that's all. I assume that it is tongue in cheek, if it is serious, you have only succeeded in coming across as a right stroppy get!
SHE allowed a self confessed kiddy fiddler to keep playing for them, although he hadn't confessed to it at the time...........Yes, I am embarrassed over the fact that our CEO kept damning evidence to herself, allowing Johnson to continue playing. Both got what they deserved and are no longer at the club now. As supporters and human beings in general we assumed innocent until proven guilty, when he pleaded guilty and the facts came out the supporters were just as sickened and unhappy as anybody. Like I say, both are gone now, so I can carry on supporting my club on the assumption that we have no more dodgy skeletons in the closet. Though knowing the way football is nowadays there probably isn't a club in the country that can guarantee that.
But a 'large minority' of your supporters have behaved horrendously in the recent past. Its true, I saw it on the telly!

I live about 2 miles closer to Newcastle than I do Sunderland. So what you are saying is that all supporters of a football club should live in the confines of that city or outer suburbs? By your reasoning then, all people from the vast wide area of Northumberland are right proper dafties for supporting the town?

If Rafa wants them and can convince Ashley and co to continue to pay the wages then I'm pretty sure he can convince the players themselves to be around next year for what could undoubtedly turn out to be some sort of Rafa-loution....see what I did there?
Had a quick glance, cant really see any of that! Might have missed it or cannot access all of her page, but all I see are her/his friends backing him, some of whom might happen to be Sunderland supporters. However I'm not blinkered enough to suggest that no Sunderland supporters are still backing him as you can get some right weirdos when it comes to football! Just spotted one of two Sunderland fans backing him, but they seem to be from before he pleaded guilty. I'd have deleted a supportive message pronto after he pleaded guilty if I was them!

They should have every point deducted that they earned whilst he was on the pitch in my opinion...its like fielding an ineligible player! Wonder what the table would look like if that were to happen
