If Rafa does stay, just imagine the type of player he could bring in? The man has contacts all over the world of football. Rafa staying is a massive chance for us to start afresh, get back up there and deliver the potential we all know we have. Oh and fuk off Sunderland
As far as I`m concerned next season starts at 3pm today! We will really see who is capable of helping us and who just wants to **** off toot-sweet.
Strictly speaking, you are correct. On the premise that Sunderland is nearer to the equator than Newcastle and, therefore, the shadow from Wearside will always be north of the river. But, on the other hand, if you cast your shadow thus onto Middlesbrough then I will be impressed, without a shadow of a doubt.
Fact.. Sunderland is mostly a ****hole Fact. They have an inferiority complex when it comes to the City of Newcastle, on account of their city being a ****HOLE. Fact. Far more people from Sundershit go to Newcastle for work, play etc., than vice-versa/ Fact. There is no chance on Gods earth of you ever winning **** all in the next 20 years. Fact. Even in the Championship, Newcastle United will be of more interest and generate more interest in the press than you ever will.! Fact. Outside of your small, abysmal town, nobody is in the slightest bit interested in your team. Fact. Even in the Championship we will generate the level of worldwide interest that you could only dream about.! Fact. We we relegated but we showed, on the last day of the season, a style of dignity in defeat that you, as fans, are incapable of.! Fact. Last one..... Truly, no neutral football fan the country gives a flying **** what happens to Sunderland, because you don`t matter.!!!!
Rafa.... Is that you? To be fair, the mackems have been, by and large, magnanimous in their survival victory. To not expect a ribbing would be naive. I would have filled my boots had the shoe been on the other foot . The point is, neither club has much to celebrate normally and we kind of need each other. I'll let you into a secret. The mackems would much prefer us in the PL than those upstart mutants who have taken our place.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that I genuinely believe Rafa will stay. Mike Ashley would have met him last night and asked him to compile a list of his demands over the next couple of days and then put them to Lee. Lee and Ashely will confirm what they can commit to (hopefully the majority) and Rafa will confirm his position as Newcastle manager some point next week. I think some of the requests other than responsibility of transfers will involve youth team changes and development of Benton as well as retention of certain players. From a player retention perspective, keeping hold of rafa is massive. Some are gone irrelevant (Janmaat, Sissoko, Wijni) but some sitting on the fence, shelvely townsend, mbemba, mitro and perez may make their decision based on who is in charge next year. I have to believe some will want to be part of the team that gets us back up and the younger ones have enough time in their career to have a year in a lower division and it not be too detrimental to their career. Unfortunately we just need to wait now and hope! How often have we had to that this season!
I wouldn't want to even get started on the the most unloyal fans ever ..that is the smoggies ... cant stand that club
That`s not surprising, you are from Sunderland after all.! You still communicate by scent (****) over there, don`t you?
You can tell I have a day off today, and nowt else better to do, can`t you? I will keep casting the line, and keep hooking the inbreds all day.!
I read a tweet from a Watford fan about the game yesterday. A Lady who lost her husband during the terrorist attacks in tunisia was able to attend her first game since the incident after having numerous medical proceedures to help save her life and give her a better standard of life. She came on to the pitch at half time to thank the club and the fans for the support she had received. She had undertaken plenty of plastic surgeries and this was obviously a massive moment for her. As she picked up the microphone and went to speak, a section of the sunderland fans stood up and started singing chants over her whilst the rest of the stadium sat in silence. I wasnt there and obviously you cant believe everything you read, but if it's true then it's bang out of order!
Not surprised in the least to be honest, if true. NEVER FORGET ADAM JOHNSON!! THAT IS THE LEVEL OF THAT CLUB.!! There is a good reason we call them SCUM.!! They call themselves the, "Family Friendly Club".!! We all know what that means..!!
