On a serious note, I'm surprised at your timing for switching forums. The SAFC board seems to have been really good recently. Lots of good threads, lots of posts, everyone getting on, no arguments or meltdowns and everyone very much enjoying life (and that isn't a dig about past stuff on your board). Seems like a strange time to be going elsewhere.

It's an interesting switch of the football paradigm that we'd normally be saying "haha we'll be playing Leeds and Villa while you're at your rainy Tuesday night away days at Bournemouth and Burnley" in a sarcastic jibe about you dropping out the top league, but now that's what you'd say to us. The Championship's a right graveyard of lapsed old bastions of the top league these days.

Rocket's appearance was one of the few bright spots we've had this week. It isn't easy finding something to laugh at in the week you get relegated!

Just read this on a town facebook page.....he isn't serious.....is he???? Rafa is 56 years of age. I suggest against Spurs in the 56th minute that everyone in the ground pull down their trousers and refuse to pull them back up until Rafa agrees to stay. The police can't arrest us all and as long as you're wearing underwear I can't see it being a problem. The sight of 52,000 fans with their trousers around their ankles will surely show Rafa how much we want him to stay. If we'd do that for him then we'd do anything for him
Yeah, who needs a "Stay Rafa stay chant", when everyone can just take their trousers down... Anyone vaguely looking forward to Championship next year? 2009/10 was a blast, you have to admit.
