Just got back from the 10CC gig, and they have still definitely got it and went down very well in front of a huge audience. They got a fabulous reception when they sang Dreadlock Holiday, and changed the words slightly to say "We don't like Sunderland....We Love Her"... To cap it off, after they had finished a bloke from our supposed regional BBC station announced he was from Radio N******le and got some stick from the crowd, and when he tried to get a countdown started for the start of evening air and fireworks displays he was totally ignored...The BBC will learn one day that their local stations are meant to represent regions not one particular city. '
Wrath: yer I'll give you that one...It does make me angry that I pay my licence fee and yet I don't feel that I get a local BBC service that I can associate with. Envy: Why?
