    Learning to make them again.
The customer I was sitting next to on Monday night, who does all home and away games, believes honestly that Roland is deliberately running the club into the ground for his own mysterious reasons. He doesn't think it's possible to mess up a club as badly by accident, right from day one when they moved in and set about getting rid of two of our best players. Not saying I agree with him, but I found it hard to disagree.

Reminds me of John Smith's famous comment about John Major. "the man with the non Midas touch"
I have thought for ages that this is deliberate. No doubt about it in my mind.

Wilder to Sheffield United looks the smart money now.

Apharently he's a Sheffield United fan and he played over 100 games in two spells there.

Looks like Wilder owes his agent a pint for using Charlton to draw out interest from Sheffield United.

Wilder was willing to join us and compensation had been agreed with Northampton. Wilder then met Meire and asked for a written clause on autonomy on playing matters. Meire was only willing to agree a verbal one, which as we all know would not be worth a w*nk.

It all comes back to trust and probity...

They must have really believed they were getting him to put it on the OS. It's not really their style is it?

Supposedly Wilder met with Duchatacancer in Belgium last week, how the hell can he have agreed to talks after speaking to him?!

Say "hi" to Reams for us over on Into the Asylum <cheers>

Having declared that it was "200% certain" that Chris Wilder was joining us, I see the Reamer is now claiming problems with his wi fi connection <laugh><laugh>

It's a good job I didn't renew my season ticket now... More now to spend on strippers. £350 is 17 and 1/2 dances. Slightly less if your in London, that'll get you about 10.

Do you want me to bend his ear to get you and Don back on?

Previso with Don is that he apologises over his hurtful comments regards my coat.

Why did Wilder agree to meet with Duchatacancer in the first place?
If the rumours are true then he met him in Belgium last week, surely the topic of transfer control would have come up!

Did Duchatawanker just lie to Wilder? If so why?

Maybe he really is autistic and just couldn't tell that Wilder is the type of man that doesn't take **** from anyone.

Hi Elfs, I could never apologise to you regarding the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle coat, I'm afraid! I'm 200% sure that I'd rather it be the only coat I am allowed to wear, than go back on that site. And when I say that, I'm nothing like DickPlumb, who has made another return to the asylum.

The club believed they had him. They don't communicate at all for years and then suddenly announce that they are speaking to Wilder. Did Wilder not ask about transfers until now? Did the club just lie to him? I don't get it.

From what I can gather RD made all the right noises, but when it came down to it, they wouldn't put it in writing. Aka it was all a lie, as their word is worth nothing.

Seems to be something in that he's a Sheffield boy and is now in for the Sheffield job. Perhaps he's holdin out for a better offer with less unknowns.

    Thanks but no thanks Elf.

That site has degenerated into an on- line version of the Jeremy Kyle Show.
