Great stuff from the Mackems, pleased for them, the only fans I've had generally funny banter with after Spurs games over the years, great bunch of fans.
I have been to all of our away games this season apart from a couple, and from my experiences, the Sunderland fans are by far an away, the best.
Aston Villa's relegation means 500 jobs have been lost. How on earth can there be that many jobs at a football club? Enlightenment please someone?
Surely Villa have been paying more than 500 people to watch the death spiral they've been locked in for the past couple of seasons?
Anyone else sticking a tenner on Everton to be relegated next season? Can't see Lukaku staying, Howard's off, Jagielka, Baines, Barry and Osman are past their best, Stones not living up to the hype, Barkley blowing hot and cold and with Lennon aside, they've had no real spark in this second half of the season.
I feel so sorry for Norwich, so many matches which they nearly won. They will be back up soon. As for Newcastle, who knows?
So has the Sunderland experience been some of the making of Yedlin, or is he still well away from the senior squad ??
Should make three points for Spurs a formality at Newcastle seeing as they will be very depressed at the moment.
He's put in well over 20 appearances this season, which is pretty good going for a loan signing. Now that they've secured another year of PL football, I would be inclined to leave him there for another season and see how he develops. He's always got Defoe and Kaboom to keep him company.
