We are out of the bottom 3, and every time we get out the bottom 3 they switch off/ *uck up, and that is a big worry, it may be you not beating Spurs could do it. We have not won a last home game in 9 attempts either, Everton a bogey team for us, but if we play like the Chelsea game we will win. But how 13,000 Bournemouth finished above Both of us is a mystery.
I deliberately played GTAV tonight to avoid even thinking about it. Curiosity got the better of me and although I thought I might feel a touch of sadness, I just chuckled. We've earned this. The sad thing for the mackems is three years on the bounce they should go down, then they loan a couple of players, sign a couple of short-termers in January and win JUST enough. It's a crap cycle really, and they all know it will eventually catch up with them. Perhaps even next year when a tougher Burnley and decent Boro rock up in the league. But I don't care. We should just enjoy Sunday for what it is - a chance to say goodbye to some of the worst mercenary players we've had since Mark Viduka pulled on the jersey.
