and Nevan Subotic ( BVB). Rossi when he was abou to be brought into the national side, had to make a trip out west from jersey. He wanted to bring his long-standing girlfriend at the time with him, make him feel a bit more comfortable. Bruce Arena, said no way, he should be man enough to come out, didn't let him come. He then went to Italy. Whoops.

Nevan Subotic was part of the our illustrious ( complete S***) of a program ODP. He was in Bradenton at a regional camp ( in Florida). The coaches paid no attention to him and treated him pretty much as a foreigner even though he grew up playing here ( played for south florida I believe in college for a year). They said he was not close to the standard of Marvel Wynne ( extremely athletic and fast outside back). Subotic now commands a fee of about 20 million and has been looked at by Chelsea and Real madrid. he also currently represents Bosnia. marvel wynne has bounced from more MLS teams than I can think of.

Another is Ibisovic for Hoffenheim, he played for St. Louis and we let him go. now plays for Bosnia. A lot of missed talent has slipped through our grasps. Another one is Andy Najar ( 17 years old), he chose Honduras over US.

Honestly never heard of the kid either. Though bob Bradley started off well, it was when we had no expectations. When we had expectations, USA faltered. When Maurice edu and Michael Bradley are your central midfield, and altidore up top, you know your wings are going to be the whole attack. Another thing I didn't understand with Bradley was at the gold cup, putting what's his name as cherundolo's replacement, who got beat on all of mexicos goals. Why not Spector, or ream and move bocanegra outside?

Thanks Bradley, but i think the time is right to part ways.

Bornstein, nightmare as an outside back. he might have single handedly let Mexico in that game and the whole of the momentum turned. Ya, agree it is a thanks for getting us back to where we are expected to be in and about competing but time to move on.

He shouldn't be too worried, he is getting a healthy pay-off and I hear he is eyeing a move to England.

Reminds me of Homer in a flashback episode to his college days.
Guy (can't remember who) :"Hurry up Homer, we'll be late for English class"
Homer:"Why do I wanna learn English?, I'm never gonna go to England"

It's "dawg" <ok> haha! I will admit this though, I love Boston Goals as it is pretty much spot on with how the commentators are here. Anytime I hear it is going to be John Harkes, Alexi Lalas, or JP delacamera, I just try to brace for some non-sense, possibly the use of the mute button.
