havent heard much about Sam since he joined West Ham. Doesn't seem to have set the pl alight yet as some thought he might. Has anyone else been keeping tabs on the lad
But he has loads of money now.........he'll be loaned out, drift down the Leagues and then when we get back to the Premier his agent will come knocking looking for us to take him back.....
I've said previously that very very few of our young players have gone on to make it in a top half pl team in the last decade so that looks like we over rate them big time
He failed a fitness test yesterday. Hes carrying a slight knock but the hammer fans I have spoke to really like the look of him
Howya TOM haven't seen you on here for a while, actually I've not seen you since our first meet up...... I'm starting to get paranoid...
At the end of the day, if you had a decent owner then you might be able to persuade your better youngsters to stay. But in the current circumstances, I would expect any player with ambition to move on if a Premier club offers them a contract. Fortunately you still have players like Mowatt (no engine, no pace, no idea) Taylor (not very good) Cook (Could make a good Championship player if he moves to a top half side) as not good enough to be fed to PL teams.
