Be careful if you plan to use both a tablet and a rubbed in pain killer...if they have the same active ingredient, you may overdose.

I've been applying deep heat and wearing a silly looking elbow support. (wore it Sunday in the sun and I am now sporting Saints new Under Armour strip on one arm)

I was going to mention Deep Heat, but it's hardly the miracle relief these days. At least you've got something though.

    **what's that all about? ;)

I was being slightly flippant. You'd need a prescription, but it'd definitely get rid of all the pains you're experiencing, with the added bonus of feeling euphoric.

A more serious suggestion that is less extreme, is paracetemol with codeine aka cocodamol.

So Budweiser is going to potentially ingenious, potentially absurd branding extremes. The company has kept the same can you already know, but when you look closely, you’ll realize that it has swapped out its own name, "Budweiser," for "America." That’s right, Budweiser has renamed its beer America for the summer. "We thought nothing was more iconic than Budweiser and nothing was more iconic than America," says Tosh Hall, creative director at the can’s branding firm JKR

I always think of Budweiser as a guilty pleasure. Drinking from a can that says America on it may be too much though. America... **** you!

I've always been glad that the Budweiser can is so distinctive. It makes it that much easier to avoid.

Whilst I'm not a natural admirer of lager beer, I find there are a few which are worth spending the time to appreciate. The original Czech Budweiser Budvar [the one that US Budweiser actually tried to imitate when they started out but today still fails to miserably] is one lager that is actually worth drinking, in my opinion.

If you haven't tried one, give it a go. It is a proper beer of quality. And when I see the label, it may not be the first beer I reach for [I am an English real ale/beer lover, first and foremost], but I certainly won't run away from it screaming.

Not a fan myself TSS. I'm mainly a drinker of light coloured/golden/fruity ales and craft beers, but when it comes to lager I like it crisp and refreshing. Bud (Czech) has too strong a flavour for my liking, I much prefer Bud (US), Heineken, Amstel, etc.

They've also announced a few details on the format - rather than a studio, they'll have a 'big tent' moving location each week.

After months of deliberation and lots of useful suggestions from the public, for which the guys are very grateful, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have decided that, because they are taking their new Amazon Prime Show around the world, it will be called The Grand Tour.

Not only will the guys travel to different locations, but for the first time ever the studio audience recordings will travel every week, all housed within a giant tent. Amazon customers will have the chance to be in the audience when tickets are released through prize draws this summer.
