It's getting there that's important , another summer and United would probably be more shored up and ready to rumble . I just want City to not make it so they will have a fire sale and we may bargain up Bony or someone . We'll keep our part , you keep yours .
I'm honestly not bothered about top 4, We don't deserve 4th. I'd rather be happy to watch us playing some decent football. I would rather we lost, giving our all playing expansive, attacking football, than win on the snide playing the "white flag" surrender monkey football he's intent on embedding into our players. You have no idea of the damage he's doing to our players, particularly our youngsters. The idea of giving him more players to ruin fills me with dread. We could have Messi et al in our side and Van Gaal would play exactly the same way. No way should we be playing route 1 football in a game like tonight. The guy is a spoofer, a fraud.

If we get 4th place, you can't say that it wasn't deserved. At the end of the day, wherever you end up in the league table is exactly what you earned. There are no two ways about it. If City deserve to finish in top 4 more than United, then it must be earned.
On the basis of being less **** than the 16 teams below us, is I suppose "deserving" of Top 4, but hardly earned.
I completely agree. But if they can't beat Swansea and we happen to win the last game, would they really deserve it any more. TBH, I think all these so called big teams have been shht this season.
Possibly but we will struggle to beat Bournemouth. It is "the hope that gets you in the end". The bookies put the chances of United going through at about 12%. I think it is probably less than that: about 5%
Ah! I didn't know that. I thought England would have only 4 seeds regardless even if Liverpool win (with 4 dropping to 3 to accommodate Pool).
If City come out the blocks like they did against Arsenal, I don't think Swansea will cope tbh. Swansea's only chance is to take the lead and keep their noses in front, but I think City will come out all guns blazing, get a couple of goals and Swansea will just see out the game with a loss.
We've beat Arsenal , Chelsea , Liverpool and West Ham of late . I'd rather not talk about who we haven't beat . Won 6 of our last 10 games .
