Whaaat? Everyone had the 91-93 away back in the day. The blue flamed background. A classic

I can't recall any plain white shirts in the 60's. Of course I'm not as young as I was...

They've also missed off our best ever yellow shirt from our second season in League One I think.

Thinking on, it was probably later as it had that local computer firm (or whatever it was) as sponsor. So, completely disregard this post:emoticon-0110-tongu (apart from the first bit!).

That 1993/95 shirt wasn't popular at the time. They could have made it special though because it had an offset white square on the back where they could have put the number. Instead they put it in the normal place and completely threw the look. Probably told to do that by the FA to be fair.

And what is with the arm cast? He's one f the worst diver's in the league also. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks he's a prick.

My 5 a side team used to wear "red". We had a Sunderland shirt, a Roma shirt, me in a saints shirt and a West Ham shirt. Not sure it'd pass muster on any FA sanctioned set up.

Part of that period could be referred to as the Air Florida kit.

    A brilliant quote.

When I played he was the type of player who scored about five or six past me in a 9-0 defeats but he had to make sarky and p*ss taking comments as he tapped another into the empty net.

He looks gaunt and mean, like a heroin addict.

I've played against loads of them, they shouldn't be playing against you and they know it but they love hammering home goal after goal and reacting like they're winning the World Cup or something. The type of player [and teams] that ruin local football.

Having said that, at least he is playing at the top level now.

You have to like the shirts for the seasons we won the FA Cup in.....because we won the FA Cup that season. Might never happen again and therefore those shirts are great even if they were Coventry City brown.

I used to roll my sleeves up no matter how cold it was [we used to play in frost and snow in those days] just because of John McGrath and I only saw him play about twice.

If I ever wore a non-saints team shirt, it would be this beauty..
