Problem is they will announce it after the game has finished, all the fans are gone, to save the grief they will get when saying its Brendan. The bunch of **** houses!!
I have reservations about Brendan coming back as well........not like I had when Monk was given the job, but still a bit apprehensive.
I'm have far more reservations on Brenda coming back than Franco getting a new contract, he's far more sincere and genuine than Rodger the dodger could ever be, I just hope all this garbage over 'The Tea Lady returning' is just media speculation...........
Seems like we all have reservations whoever is appointed. Wouldn't it be great if we had an appointment that would result in a "WOW!!" from everyone?
That's the only option that I can accept not giving Franco a deserved full season in charge. Saying that then please let it not be a panic knee jerk reaction to where we were at the beginning of this year............
the decision on the new manager and any contracts drawn could well have been done a while back , before we had this little bit of a run of good form. If the club had been looking for a new manager and had watched the performances up to Leicester away they would have been looking elsewhere it is only the last few games that have swayed a few on here and that may be the same for some of our directors, but it may well have been to late. To be honest I was all for Brendan, but that was in January, I am not so sure now, but if he is or whoever it is I will be behind them and hoping they get it right.
Well there would be no 'WOW' factor if Rodgers was to return, even if your a fan of his................
If Guildo gets the job then great but equally if Brendan gets the job then great. for all we know someone else may be in line for the job. We just don't know and as usual the club are not giving anything away.... If i had to put a bet on then the club will have already settled on Brendan...
I would really like Man City to miss out on Champions League and soon as they're mathematically out of it , we should be talking to Man City , Bony and Bony's agent . We can help ourself here by beating Man City IMO . Not just Bony either , a team like ManCity will cut and buy like crazy if they miss out on Champions League and can be advantaged In transaction.
A warm welcome to Wilf from our fans on Sunday may help the cause. He had a good reception last year, a repeat may help him come "home"..............
